- Graduate of University of London with Master of Laws (LLM) and Bachelor of Laws (LLB).

- Admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor to the High Court of Malaya in 1988.
- A practicing lawyer with 37 years' experience undertaking a broad range of civil and commercial litigation involving advisory work in corporate, land and trust areas of law.
